I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas,
and a happy start to the New Year.

If Some of you were unlucky enough
be be working over the festive period, I
hope you all managed to get your teams
together at some point in the week or
better every day for some fun games or
just breakfast or lunch or Christmas
dinner.

Start the new Year off with a bang and
get the team together over breakfast
to discuss their Christmases and New
Year's and this will start the year off with
a great vibe among the team members.
Even better get the team to bring in
some Christmas games, to start the
day off and to play in their lunch times.

New years resolutions:

Keep the Christmas games in the workplace.
This is to ensure that your team have a
regular tea break and lunch.
Many workers do not have a designated tea
or lunch break as a result of being too busy
and or not choosing to have one.
The team leaders need to organize the
team to have their lunch breaks and
organizing team games is a great way
to achieve this.
